Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of research compounds, returns are accepted only for:

• Unopened products in original, sealed condition
• Products returned within 14 days of delivery
• Products accompanied by original packaging and documentation

We cannot accept returns of opened, used, or altered products under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

Return Process

Email support@aminova.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not return products without prior authorization.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
